Exam360 (Group) has the rights to suspend, block access, terminate of your membership. In such cases EXAM360 (Group) is not liable for any losses, damages from your failure with this Clause 1 & 2.

Registration on any of the 'EXAM360 (Group) Website’s' is totally free for all users. Being an Intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, 'EXAM360 (Group) Website’s' doesn’t charge any fees for accessing or browsing the website.

Minors or people below 18 years of age or people incapable to enter into a contract are not allowed to use this Website.

EXAM360 does not make any representation or warranty as to specifics (such as quality, value, stability, warranty etc) of the products or services proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the Website.

Whenever purchasing any product from any of 'EXAM360 (Group) Website’s', Valid Address, PIN Code, Phone No., E-mail ID must be mentioned. If delivery could not be made possible due to wrong or incomplete address or PIN Code, Phone No., we shall hold the order and sort out the same within next 30 working days. But no refund shall be made for such mistaken behavior of the buyer. A partial refund may be made by EXAM360 (Group), if considered necessary, after deducting the courier charges & other requisite charges.

We deliver products through renowned courier services. Such delivery charge for each product is mentioned on the website. If the product is not delivered within EXPECTED PERIOD OF DELIVERY, buyer may himself inquire into the respective courier company or can contact our sales department directly but no refund will be initiated for delay in delivery by the respective courier partners. In 'EXAM360 (Group) Website’s', two different shipping method is available for all users, i.e. 

1] Standard Shipping.

2] Expedite Shipping. 

Buyers are requested to properly go through those charges before placing an order. Once the order is shipped their will be no options available to cancel the order and no request will be entertained to cancel, return or refund. 

The Shipping Charges are collected from the buyer only on physical products. No shipping charges will be charged on e-books. The shipping charges collected from users may not be the same with the courier companies. As the shipping charges collected from the users to cover the following sections - Shipping Charges + Packaging Charges + Fuel Charges + Order Processing Fees from origin to destination. 

EXAM360 (Group) is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered;

EXAM360 (Group) is not responsible for unwanted delayed performance of courier services if the place of delivery is situated out of their delivery area. We shall prepare to deliver the product again through regular postal authority. But no refund shall be made for such non-performance. While adding any item to Cart users can check their Pin-codes before placing the order only from www.exam360.in. If the Pin-code is not serviceable, users can change the address with pin-codes for hassle free shopping experience.

EXAM360 (Group) is not responsible for non-performance of courier services if the place of delivery is situated out of their delivery area. We shall prepare to deliver the product again through regular postal authority. But no 3rd delivery attempt shall be taken on behalf of EXAM360 (Group). In that case, a complete or partial refund may be made to the registered users bank account in next 2 weeks.

Expected period of refund / replacement of any product (only hard copy) shall be the next 7 working days. Such refund / replacement shall not take effect on sale of PDF Materials.

If any error occurred in any items which is sold through 'EXAM360 (Group) Website’s', In such cases EXAM360 is not liable for any losses, damages from your failure. 

However if any error, wrong information occurred in EXAM360 PUBLICATION Books, we will not be responsible for it. Before taken to a press, we verify each content properly but during printing session, some errors might have occurred, so we will not take responsibility of such mistakes. But if users notify any error through E-mail, we will change & rectify it from New Edition. 

If any wrong item or duplicate / pirated copies is delivered on behalf of EXAM360 (Group) and the buyer notifies the same within reasonable time via e-mail, screenshot or else, we shall not charge a single penny for such /return / replacement from the buyer. That cases will be considered under EASY RETURN Policy.

While receiving the delivery of product, the buyer must take into account the outer packaging properly. If there’s any inappropriate packaging or tampering at the time of delivery, buyer must intimate EXAM360 (Group) Sales Team through Helpline details instantly via written E-mails within 2 Days of receiving the products and may return the same with valid cause.

Refund shall be made to the same bank A/C from which the previous transaction took place. We shall ask for sufficient identification proof of the buyer at the time of refund. If the buyer is unable to show authentic valid documents, we shall hold such transaction for another 30 business days.

Where the individual order comprises a quantity that exceeds the typical individual consumption, supply of such materials shall be based on various factors and at the sole discretion of the seller and may vary from individual to individual.
